Naturally-leavened sourdough, baked fresh every Saturday morning here in the Rose Garden. $9 a loaf — crackly crust, open crumb, just flour/water/salt and a long cold ferment (no commercial yeast). Subscribe for a standing weekly loaf or grab a one-off when you're in the mood. Pickup in Rose Garden; I can do a small batch so reserve by Thursday.
