Absolutely thrilled with my custom WALNUT cutting board engraved with "The Patels"! Super fast turnaround on my maple board — rushed it in 5 days like I asked, and it came out exactly the size I needed (12-inch). Clean, no engraving, just like we discussed. Knocked off a star only because the rush fee added up, but the work and speed were great.
